To help customers with their purchases we
provide the following information.

Stamp Identification: |
The Stanley Gibbons catalogue numbering system is used to identify stamps for sale. |

Stamp Grading: |
The stamp gradings used are based on those found in Stanley Gibbons catalogues |
| Stamp Descriptions: | We endeavour to fully describe stamps for sale and draw attention to defects where ever we can and are able. Where we sell collections and accumulations of stamps they are “sold as is” and may include stamps with defects. |
| Shipping & Handling: | Buyers pay for all shipping and handling costs. These are set out on the Order Form page of this web site. Generally these costs are based on the location of the buyer, the weight or size of the item and any preferences chosen by the buyer, for example, Registration or Insurance. |
| Shipping & Handling costs: | If you are uncertain of the costs of shipping and handling please send us your Order and we will quote our costs by return email. |
| Order Consolidation: | Where a buyer purchases more than one item combining them will save shipping and handling charges. |
| Return Policy: |
OUR GUARANTEE: If you are dissatisfied with the stamps you have purchased, for example, they are not what you ordered or they do not match the description given on our Shop page, and you return them in their original condition by registered mail and within 21 days of receipt we will refund the full purchase price. |
| Lost Packages: | A buyer is responsible for lost packages returned to us if the package was not registered or insured. |
| Credit Card Payments: | We only accept credit card payment via Pay Pal. We recommend using Pay Pal because it is secure and quick. |
| Payment Methods: | We will accept payment in Cash (notes- but at your risk), Cheques and Money Orders. If you send Cash you must send it by registered post to avoid disappointment if it is lost. We will accept cheques drawn in Australian dollars on an Australian bank. We will accept overseas Bankers cheques/Money Orders drawn in GB Pounds, US Dollars and Euros provided you add the sum of AUD$12.00 to offset bank and currency exchange charges. |
| Delivery Time: |
Please note that delivery of an Order can take up 21 days depending on method of delivery chosen and delays caused by banks clearing cheques/money orders. |
| Want Lists: | We welcome receiving wants lists and we will undertake to find your requirements if we do not have them in stock. In all cases we send an email notification of the result of the search and a quotation for the supply of the item including shipping and handling. |
